This is the best quality and most comfortable office chair I’ve ever owned. The seat cushion is thick and very comfortable. The lumbar support is excellent and can be adjusted to your liking. Even the arms have a higher quality feel than most chairs. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t adjust quite as low to the ground as I would like, but I’m also only 5’4″ so this shouldn’t be a problem for most people. I use the chair for as much as 8-10 hours a day and it’s still comfortable. Highly recommend this product.

I just finished setting up the chair. I am not sure where the one-star reviews are coming from? Granted my current experience with this chair has only been for one-hour, set-up and assembly were quite simple. The included tool is exactly what is needed – there were comments about accessing one of the seat bracket bolts. It is true there is one bracket bolt without a strict 90° approach, but the long Allen arm has a cut to allow for seating outside 90° and the approach may be 88° so it works fine.
The packaging, instructions, and assembly process are straight-forward and detailed – the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Read the instructions carefully and follow along as described – the details are there for a reason. As an example, it explicitly details tightening the back rest attachment bolts by hand and in a specific order. This is to prevent misalignment as you seat the bolts.
I am 6-2 and 205 lbs. I may be at the top end of fitment specs but after the appropriately extensive adjustment process, the chair is comfortable and supportive.
I am about to start my day working and maybe after a week or so Ill provide more experience details – but so far I am very happy with the chair.

Overall a good chair, but not quite what I expected from a $500 chair.
Coming from my last chair which was a cheap $100 chair, I would say this is definitely an overall upgrade. There’s just some things I would improve.
The seat:
My biggest gripe and concern is the cushion. It is comfortable and an upgrade frombmynlast chair, but the back portion of the seat feel like it’s bottoming out. It almost has enough padding, but its compressing almost all the way or sometimes to the bottom. I just wish it had slightly more padding on the back side. I’m 6 foot and 195 pounds for reference.

Made of exceptionally strong and high-grade material — yet very easy to put together. For the price am happy with function, look and material quality. Quite a difference between lower priced items on AP or elsewhere; needed a quality chair to support wife’s back issues. Recommendations via AI had this as the Best overall mid-price range option vice the $1k+ chairs on the market (Steelcase, etc.)

It worked for me so far very well. This chair have 14 points for adjustements. One of them is for the seat position. I struggled with my previous chair as I always felt the chair does not cover all my thigh to rest. This one was surprisingly adjustable and it worked so well. The back mesh I have no complains about. It just feel few hours of sitting on a chair is not enough to figure out how comfortable going to be but my previous chair was a mesh back and I had no problem with it so I think I will break into this one to contour it as I used it.
I wish if the seat has more cushoney matrial in it but I still think it is doing it. The previous chair was a mesh seat and the mesh became very soggy. So this is definitly a positive working change.
