We have had our Ninja Luxe Cafe for 4 months now and we are very pleased!
We bought this as a replacement for our De’Longhi which stopped working. We spent a significant amount of time comparing machines from various brands and in the end settled on the Ninja for the options of multiple types of drink sizes and drink types, and also because we have been very satisfied with our other Ninja products. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied with the Ninja Luxe.
Ninja’s Barista Assist Technology is extremely helpful (especially if you’re a beginner). Personally, we love that it makes the process so simple – the machine recommends the grind size based on the drink type and drink size that you select, the built in scale weighs the grounds for you, the spring-loaded tamper makes tamping easy and ensures you get an even, densely packed puck for your espresso brews. Brews have been consistent in strength and quality whether for a regular drip-style or for espresso. Milk frothing has also proven consistent for each type of froth – thin foam to thick foam. Cold brews have also be consistent and really good.
Using the machine is very straightforward as the interface/menu is clear, easy to read and has simple, helpful prompts. Cleaning the machine is also very easy.
I have seen several comments/concerns about water leaks from the reservoir and/or the drip tray – we have never had an issue with this.
The machine has built-in storage for the accessories (funnel, tamper, and, baskets) and this is a big plus.
The only thing that would make this even better? If Ninja included the knock box with the machine – that would make the entire thing more complete. 🙂

Tested 3 Expresso machines, purchased from Amazon, ended up keeping a semi-automatic fo its authentic value (don’t use it due to . If you want a good quality, no fuss, no mess, quick and easy but DECENT coffee, choose this.
Especially, I would like to point out the amount of “pain points” that Ninja resolve: meaningful storage ideas (left and right, one side is covered for lesser-use tools and the left side is for frequently used tools), the funnel is brilliantly mess-free and operated with grace, the grind levels are pre-determined according to the type of the drinks and your preference of strength, the water tank is the only thing that is not stainless steel but is solid with huge ergonomic grip to ensure safety, the frothing unit is crazy — auto operation, and auto clean (you steel need to wipe the wand, but that’s the fun of steaming right?!), what else, um, the height for your cups are adjustable with its beautiful plate, the drip is soft and consistent, the crema is superb even for a 10 once classical coffee (see picture), the grinder is at least 20-30 decibel softer than it’s competitors, its size is 3/4 of
